Minor consists of a team of individuals that live between hyper visibility and invisibility — existing in traditional structures of an industry that fails to capture who we are. The thing is, we thrive in the grey area. It’s here, in the in-between, where creativity is most vibrant.

The grey area is not a limitation. It’s a canvas for reimagining what is possible. We create our own definitions of success and artistry.

We represent artists, whose music will make you move, cry, and feel deeply. They each represent distinctive communities and a moment in time. Their sounds move some of the most acclaimed dancefloors on the planet, from spaces steeped in the spirit of DIY, to globally acclaimed hallowed institutions, and big room rapture.

We want to tell real stories — stories that reflect the complexity of lived experiences. We encourage our artists to write and re-write the script over and over, embracing change as a natural form of self-expression. It’s a commitment to authenticity in flux. Authenticity in flux is our only hope of sustaining in an ultra-capitalist dance industry, where conformity often outweighs true creativity.

Authenticity in flux honors origins without being bound to them: a dance between the old and the new. It’s the bridge between individuality and connection. It’s the refusal to compromise for acceptance. It’s the beauty of change rooted in truth and it allows for contradiction. Authenticity in flux is the most human thing of all. Authenticity in flux is a never ending dialogue.
